1. Agreement
By accessing or using Hisabi (“the Service”), operated by TechNova Solution FZCO (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Dubai, UAE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Hisabi is an AI-powered invoicing platform designed for UAE and GCC businesses. The Service provides invoice creation, management, and related features. Hisabi does not process or hold client payments on your behalf — invoices are paid directly through your own bank or payment arrangement with your clients. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal activities; (b) upload malicious content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) use the AI features to generate fraudulent invoices or documents; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
5. Subscription Billing
Free accounts are subject to usage limits. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly via Stripe for access to the Hisabi platform only. Hisabi does not act as a payment processor for your client invoices — we do not hold, collect, or transfer funds between you and your clients. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
6. VAT and Tax Compliance
While Hisabi auto-calculates UAE VAT at 5%, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all tax calculations, TRN numbers, and invoice details. Hisabi does not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
7. AI Features Disclaimer
AI-generated content (invoice fields, extracted data) is provided as a convenience and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before sending invoices. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is the property of TechNova Solution FZCO. You retain ownership of all data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, TechNova Solution FZCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
