If you received a Hisabi-branded invoice that looks fraudulent or that impersonates a business you know, tell us about it. We will review every report within one business day, investigate the source, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

What Hisabi is — and is not
Hisabi is an invoicing tool. We do not collect, hold, or transfer funds between suppliers and their customers. If someone sent you an invoice asking you to pay into a new bank account, always verify with the supplier over a known channel (a phone number you already trust — not one from the invoice itself) before paying.
What happens after you report
- We confirm receipt within one business day.
- We review metadata on our side to identify the source and, if appropriate, suspend the account or IP.
- We will respond to law-enforcement requests for the records associated with a reported invoice.
