Most invoicing tools let you set rule-based reminders: "send a reminder 7 days before due, 1 day after, 7 days after." That's better than nothing, but it treats every client the same. A client who always pays the day before due doesn't need a 7-days-out poke; one who's chronically 14 days late needs the first nudge much earlier.

Smart nudges look at each client's history with you — average days-to-pay, sensitivity to reminders, tone they've responded to — and pick the timing that actually works for that relationship. The result, in our data, is a median 9-day improvement on time-to-pay against unreminded invoices.

Drafted in Your Tone

The reminder text is AI-drafted using a brief style profile we infer from your existing invoices and any reminders you've previously sent. Formal, friendly, brief — whichever fits your business. Every nudge is reviewable before it sends; you can edit a single one or update the style profile globally.

Bilingual support: nudges to Arabic-speaking clients can render in Arabic with the same tone profile, in proper RTL layout. The English version is always available alongside.

Timing That Doesn't Annoy

Three rules the system never breaks. One: never more than two reminders to the same client per week. Two: never on a Friday afternoon UAE time. Three: never after a client has explicitly responded asking for a delay (we read inbound emails to detect that and pause automatically).

We don't read or store reply content beyond the timestamp and a sentiment classification used to pause the sequence on a negative reply.

Probably not — the drafts mirror your tone and are sent from your business name. We never include any "sent by AI" disclosure; the legal position is that the message is from you and on your behalf, and you have final review before any nudge sends. If you'd like a disclosure, you can add it to your style profile and every draft will include it.

Pause nudges for that client with one click. Their reliability score is preserved; nothing else changes. If a complaint comes in by reply, our sentiment classifier pauses the sequence automatically and surfaces the message for your review. False positives are rare; you can always resume manually.
